Selection process
Stage 01
Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
Candidates are checked for height, weight, and chest measurements as per region-specific standards set by the Indian Army.

Stage 02
Physical Fitness Test (PFT) — 100 marks
Candidates undergo a 1-mile run, pull-ups, balance test, and 9-feet ditch jump. The run and pull-ups carry marks; balance and ditch are qualifying.
